PROJECT MANAGER - ROOFING CLADDING CONTRACTOR - IRELAND
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is of Ireland&# *;s leading Roofing &
Cladding Contractors.
They service clients in the mixed use Commercial, Pharma, Biotech,
Data Centres and Residential Sectors.
Project Managers are required to take ownership and manage the day to
day aspects of their assigned project.
Driving the project outcomes.
Maintaining the health and safety in the project.
Procurement of specialist subcontractors
Progress reporting
Managing the scope work package and developing strategic package
programmes
Managing Quality deliverables
Cost Monitoring and evaluation.
REQUIREMENTS
Relevant third level qualifications within construction /
engineering
3+ year’s experience in the roofing and cladding sectors with full
control of site management.
Must be able to read and interpret drawing specifications
Knowledge in roofing and cladding construction methods and practices,
including safety codes and requirements
Effective communication, supervision, and managerial skills
Must have a good level of computer skills including MS Office software
Good organisational skills
Current drivers licence
